Reviewer Disciplines
Design intent, code narrative, life-safety planning and documentation completeness.
Framing, load paths, detailing consistency and coordination with architecture.
Systems layout, capacity documentation, service routing and coordination.
Power distribution, panel documentation, lighting and system coordination.
Suppression, detection, egress support documentation and code alignment.
Low-voltage infrastructure, pathways, and system documentation.
Quantity and bill-of-quantities review where applicable to the engagement.
Professional Verification
Reviewer applicants may be required to provide:

Client-facing reviewer information may be limited to:

Review Standards

No Direct Solicitation
Reviewers may not use ConstructVerify assignments to solicit clients, move work outside the platform, disclose client information, or establish unauthorized direct commercial relationships arising from platform assignments.
Quality Assurance
Reviewer submissions may be evaluated by ConstructVerify before release to a client.
ConstructVerify may return reports for:

- formatting
- additional review
- quality improvement
