Table of Contents
This Policy sets the professional standards expected of every ConstructVerify reviewer. It applies to all assignments issued through the platform.
Professional Integrity
Reviewers must perform assignments objectively, independently, honestly, and with reasonable professional care.
Qualifications
Reviewers must maintain truthful and current information concerning:
- Education
- Licenses
- Registrations
- Professional memberships
- Experience
- Discipline competence
- Geographic experience
ConstructVerify may request updated documentation at any time.
Scope of Competence
Reviewers must accept assignments only within areas they are professionally competent to review.
Conflict of Interest
Reviewers must disclose actual, potential, or perceived conflicts of interest before accepting or continuing an assignment.
ConstructVerify determines whether reassignment is appropriate.
Confidentiality
Project documents and information may be used only for the assigned review.
Reviewers may not:
- distribute project files
- use them for unrelated purposes
- publish project information
- share them with unauthorized persons
- retain unnecessary copies following completion
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of reviewer status.
Reviewer Anonymity and Client Contact
ConstructVerify operates a controlled communication model.
Reviewers must not independently contact, solicit, contract with, or accept compensation from ConstructVerify clients arising from platform assignments unless expressly authorized in writing.
Client communication occurs through ConstructVerify Admin.
Review Quality
Reviewers must:
- complete required review templates
- provide clear and professional comments
- reference relevant drawings where practical
- identify material issues proportionately
- avoid unsupported or speculative statements
- submit required redlines and reports
- address reasonable clarification requests
Timeliness
Reviewers must meet agreed deadlines or promptly notify ConstructVerify when a deadline may be at risk.
Review Records
Reviewer actions, comments, submissions, communications, assignments, and quality assessments may be logged by the platform.
Use of Technology
Reviewers remain responsible for their professional work product regardless of software, automation, or other tools used to assist the review.
Confidential project material must not be submitted to unauthorized third-party systems.
Compensation
Reviewer compensation is determined according to ConstructVerify's applicable payout rules and assignment terms.
Automated payout availability may vary by market and operational phase.
Quality Assurance
ConstructVerify may review reviewer submissions before they are published to clients.
ConstructVerify may request:
- clarification
- correction
- additional review
- formatting changes
- re-review
Administrative QA does not transfer professional responsibility for the reviewer's technical conclusions.
Conduct
Harassment, discrimination, fraud, credential falsification, misuse of platform access, or unprofessional behavior may result in suspension or termination.
Suspension or Removal
ConstructVerify may restrict assignments, suspend, or remove a reviewer for:
- Expired credentials
- Repeated poor-quality work
- Confidentiality violations
- Conflict-of-interest violations
- Missed deadlines
- Platform circumvention
- Misconduct
- Fraud or misrepresentation
Acceptance
Participation as a ConstructVerify reviewer constitutes acceptance of this Policy together with applicable reviewer agreements, confidentiality obligations, payment terms, and platform Terms of Service.
