Payment Processing for African Clients

ConstructVerify currently processes payments for clients across Africa through Paystack, utilizing secure banking infrastructure and payment processing services based in Ghana.

For consistency across our international operations, all project invoices and review fees are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).

If your payment card or bank account is denominated in a different currency, your financial institution will automatically apply the applicable exchange rate and any associated conversion fees in accordance with its policies.

All payment transactions are securely processed through Paystack and are subject to industry-standard encryption and payment security protocols.

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept that currency conversion, where applicable, is managed by your card issuer or financial institution.

Visa, Mastercard, and Verve cards issued by African banks
Local bank transfers supported by Paystack
Mobile money (where supported by Paystack in your region)

Refunds & Disputes

Refund eligibility is determined by the project review stage. Disputes regarding currency conversion or interchange fees must be raised directly with the issuing financial institution. ConstructVerify will assist by providing transaction references and payment receipts upon request.

Global Card Payments via Stripe

For clients outside Africa — including the United States, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, Asia, and the Middle East — ConstructVerify accepts credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe. All charges are processed in USD.

Bank Transfer Payments

Corporate clients, government agencies, and institutions may settle invoices by direct bank transfer. ConstructVerify's bank details are provided in the platform when the Bank Transfer option is selected. Each invoice number must be used as the payment reference. Payments are manually verified by our finance team within one business day of receipt.

Future Payment Providers

ConstructVerify may, at its discretion, enable additional payment providers (such as Flutterwave, Wise, or other regional gateways) as our international footprint grows. Updates to this page will reflect any such additions.
